A flexible, individual approach to therapy
I am an integratively trained psychotherapist, which means I do not expect people to fit into one particular model of therapy. I adapt the way I work to the individual, drawing on more than 20 years of experience in mental health and extensive specialist training.
My approach is relational, integrative and affirming with particular experience in trauma and complex trauma, neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism), eating disorders and complex mental health.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, psychodynamic, person centred, cognitive behavioural, systemic and DBT approaches, adapting communication, pacing and the therapeutic process to the needs of the individual.

About Jodie
I’m an accredited psychotherapist and EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant Supervisor with over 20 years’ experience in mental health.
I specialise in trauma, including PTSD, complex and attachment trauma, eating disorders and working with neurodivergent people. My approach is integrative and affirming, adapting therapy to the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit the therapy.
Alongside my clinical practice, I provide clinical supervision, professional training and consultancy.
My own experience of therapy first led me into this profession, and both my personal and professional experiences continue to shape how I work today.
