I see clients once a week at a regular time and location. I can also see people twice a week when needed - normally at a challenging time when additional support is required. Our first session is in the form of an assessment and it is a chance for me to get an accurate history from you, understand your difficulties and what you are hoping to achieve in counselling. It is also an oppurtunity for you to get a sense of me and the way I work. You can ask any questions you may have.
In our following sessions I will provide a safe, empathic and non judgemental environment for you to explore the difficulties you are experiencing. We will work together using various techniques to resolve them.
